>> welcome back. the time is 7:15 a.m.. here is a live lookut and not san francisco. >> we are seeing sunshine over the golden gate bridge. we are dealing with areas of patchy clouds that will burn off quickly. as for the temperatures it is a chilly start. it is low 50's currently in san francisco. 52 degrees in concord. in the north bay we have been seen our coldest temperatures. low 50's in livermore. by noon time we will see plenty of 60s along the bay shore. there will be widespread 70's and they let valid. as for 2:00 p.m. that afternoon high will have a mixture of '60s, '70s, and

opened for business as hundreds of people are flooding calls to get free dental care. i am here in the extraction section. all of these chairs are full with patience to get their teeth pulled. this is multiple places where you can go and what services you can get. and out of the pages that are here may have lost their health insurance during recession or suffered during state cuts. the california dental association has more than 1700 volunteers who are helping to make this happen. they're helping to ease the pain that they have had for months. they are cleaning, filling, and when extractions. one patient told me that he is here to get six teeth pulled. >> this i

visit thursday by woman posing as a pg&e employee. the woman had a pg&e local card on a plan yard, but no uniform or company vehicle. she also said she needed to see the residents back yard for gas line project measurements. the utility company could not verify the woman's employment. >> antioch police are investigating the death of a man founder apartment complex friday morning. police found the body of a 22 year-old man he had been shot near the complex of cuts in court near fairview drive. police say that the victim's body was found on the side of the apartment complex. police are investigating the death as a homicide. the victim's identity has not been released. >> the port of oakland is

expected to reopen sometime this afternoon was officials grappled investigating a fatal accident. a body was pulled from a truck that went off the seventh street and into the bay at the port of oakland. this is video from our helicopter partnership with abc 7 news. it happened around 1:30 p.m. friday. crews responded and a diver enter the water. the diver eventually retrieve the body of the victim 50 ft. underwater. the victim was a longshoreman on duty at the time of that accident. >> the first anniversary is approaching of a deadly attack that took place after bay to breakers 2012. police are still looking for suspects. in this picture released by police you concede the victim, 30 year- old steven martin. he is on the far right wearing a green week. police want more

information about the man in the 49ers jersey and a woman wearing an orange to 2. hours after the race and moments after the pictures were taken, police say that two groups of people got into an argument over a cell phone. >> mw one police officer was injured and six people were arrested after san francisco state university officers try to clear intruder from a school dormitory. campus police arrested a man on suspicion of being drunk in public. they found that five more non students, three men to women, were inside their residence hall as well. it appears that a scuffle broke out when police tried to arrest the intruders and one officer was hurt. the five were arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, trespassing, conspiracy and other charges. >> coming up on kron 4 news

is a huge undertaking. kron4 us at tech reporter gabe slate found out how it works. he visited the local tech company behind the process for this year's bay to breakers. >> i think bay to breakers sa is a tradition and it is in the heart of san francisco. when we actually have the opportunity to ticket bay to breakers we were thrilled. >> before the fun began tens of thousands of people have to register for bay to breakers. they have to get a ticket, and get a in bib. this was not the best system a few years ago. some people just avoided an just jump on the course. for the first time, and probably for the future that will have to go to the new process. this is a e-mail based ticketing service. they use the best and people can carry their
